Q: Does the rental price include set up and delivery?

A: No, prices are only for rental fee. Some items require set up which is included in the delivery fee. (Jumpers, Dance Floor & Canopies)

 

Q: How much do you chage for delivery?

A: Fee is based on your delivery zip code. Below are some popular zip codes we deliver to:

Q: When do you deliver?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. If we have a lot, we may need to set up as early as 24 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the delivery location.

 

Q: Is there Will Call late fees?

A: You are expected to return all of your rental items on the date specified on your contract. Failure to do so will result in a 10% fee based on the total contract amount, and charged for each business day the items are late until they have been returned in full to our possession. 

 

Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. The jumper is always clean when you get it. Wizard's Party House cleans and disinfects after every rental.


Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.


Q: Do you deliver jumpers to parks?

A: Sorry we don't. 


Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. Rental MUST be paid in full before will call/delivery date.
 

Q: Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery/pickup?

A: Yes. A signature is required at the time of delivery/pickup. If you have a gate code, pad lock on your gate, business hours that may be closed , or other circumstance that would hinder our ability to deliver or pickup your items up, it is imperative you notify our office staff well in advance. We charge an additional delivery fee per occurrence where we must return to deliver or pickup the items from your location if such inconvenience occurs.  

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my rental?

A: You may cancel any time up to 14 days prior to delivery/will call date of your rental with no cancellation fee and expect a full refund on any deposit. If you cancel 7-3 days prior to your delivery/will call date you will be charged 25% of your total rental cost. Cancellations made less than 25-48 hours (2 business days) prior to the rental date will be charged 50% of the total rental cost. Rental reservations not cancelled at least 25 hours prior to rental delivery/will call date will be charged 100% of the rental cost for all items reserved.


Q: How big are the jumpers?

A: Most of our jumpers (all of our character jumpers for example) are 15´x15´ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jumper (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumpers need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jumper.  The sizes listed with each jumper include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.


Q: What about the big jumpers? Any special requirements?

A: Check the requirements listed with each jumper. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. Jumpers can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.


Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers.


Q: Can we see a copy of our contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. You can call us and we'll be more than happy to email you a copy of contract and rules.


Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
